Site Supervisor / Inspector

Our company is urgently seeking a Senior Site Supervisor/Inspector with strong experience in execution contracting companies to join our team immediately!

✅ Key Requirements and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on field supervision experience, including 2 consecutive years at an execution contracting company.
• Direct experience in all stages of concrete works and finishing.
• Proven ability to manage and direct multiple on-site teams (electrical, plumbing, masonry).
• Strong leadership personality with decisive decision-making to avoid delays.
• Precise schedule tracking and ability to push contractors to boost productivity.
• Ability to forecast site material needs and request them in advance.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings in English and using basic surveying equipment.
