Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the pastry department and ensure quality standards
• Supervise the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts
• Bring creativity to seasonal and festive dessert offerings
• Plan production and develop seasonal menus
• Manage food costs and contribute to revenue generation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pastry chef or in large-scale food production
• Creative approach with excellent supervisory skills
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-level service
