About the Role
The Duty Engineer Responsible for planning, scheduling and carrying out the preventive maintenance of engineering, operational requirement of the hotel as well as the reliable operation and maintenance of the physical plant, sewerage treatment plant, steam boilers, calorifiers, gensets, and other plant equipment and machineries of the hotel. <br> The Duty Engineer for preventive maintenance shall oversee and support the function of duty engineers in controlling operational issues in the hotel. Operational issues normally relates to 24/7 service to the needs of both external customer (guests) and operation department ( internal customer)
Requirements
<b>As Duty Engineer: </b> <br>
- Monitoring and controlling all mechanical and electrical plant of the hotel during shift period.
<br> - Execution of preventive maintenance scheme.
<br> - Execution of the Works Order Control System. <br>
- Supervision of subordinates.

To control the budget of the preventive maintenance
<br> <br>
<b>- What we are Looking For: </b> <br>
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent. <br>
- Minimum 3 years apprenticeship in engineering field in hotel environment. <br>
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Engineering field in hotel operation. <br>
- Supervision skills. <br>
- Good coach and able to lead team into hotel philosophy on customer services. <br>
- Ability to train 4 minimum followings out of the multi-skilled
