About the Role
A coffee shop is seeking a Regional Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing operations across all branches and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met, according to the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Requirements
🔸 Job Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision:
- Monitor daily operations across all branches.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and occupational health.
- Implement policies and procedures approved by senior management.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise the hiring, training, and guidance of branch managers and key staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Financial & Sales Management:
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute marketing and promotional plans to boost revenue.
- Control expenses and monitor costs and inventory.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Handle complaints and resolve escalated issues.
- Support loyalty initiatives and community engagement.
Strategic Planning:
- Coordinate with senior management on expansion and marketing plans.
- Evaluate new locations and provide recommendations.
- Lead change initiatives when launching new products or policies.
🔸 Qualifications & Requirements:
- ✔ Proven experience managing multiple branches in retail or F&B (preferably 3–5 years).
- ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
- ✔ Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- ✔ Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- ✔ Flexibility to travel and work at varying times.
