Collection Officer

Al Forsan Al Oula Security Services is seeking a qualified Collection Officer to join its team in Riyadh, with responsibilities and requirements as outlined below:

🔸 Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on collection operations from clients according to approved plans.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure timely payment of dues.
• Prepare periodic reports on collection status.
• Coordinate with the finance department and related teams to address delays or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.

🔸 Qualifications & Requirements:

• ✔ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collection or accounting (preferably in services or security sectors).
• ✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• ✔ Proficiency in using computer software.
