We are seeking a dynamic and professional Car Rental Agent to join our team in Dammam and Khobar. The role involves welcoming customers, presenting rental options, completing contracts, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying rental experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide top-tier service
• Explain rental packages and promotions
• Prepare contracts and verify customer eligibility
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and return
• Handle payments and internal system entries
• Maintain office and vehicle presentation
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and service goals

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or higher
• Experience: Preferred but not mandatory (sales background is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Professional attitude and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
