• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to Starbucks standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment

• Operate espresso machines and other café tools safely and efficiently
• Support team members during busy hours and contribute to a positive work culture

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Passion for coffee and customer service

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
