• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising and media sectors
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and client engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners
• Collaborate with internal creative and account teams to tailor proposals and pitches
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-value clients
