1: Resident Psychiatrist
Role Summary:
Early-career medical doctor specializing in psychiatry, working under supervision to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up sessions
- Collaborate with senior psychiatrists and psychologists
- Participate in case discussions and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality
- Medical degree with residency in psychiatry (or in progress)
- MOH license or eligibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2: Specialist Psychiatrist
Role Summary:
Licensed psychiatrist with clinical experience, responsible for independent patient care and therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor progress
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
- Contribute to mental health awareness initiatives
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality
- Board-certified in psychiatry
- MOH classification as Specialist
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
3: Senior Specialist Psychiatrist
Role Summary:
Experienced psychiatrist with leadership capabilities, overseeing complex cases and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary case reviews
- Manage treatment of chronic and severe psychiatric conditions
- Supervise resident doctors and specialists
- Contribute to research and clinical development
- Represent the center in professional forums and conferences
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality
- Advanced board certification
- MOH classification as Senior Specialist
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience
- Proven leadership and teaching skills
