You will be the key point of contact for guests, responsible for improving their experience, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. You will also contribute to the company's marketing efforts and performance analysis to support organizational growth.

- Manage bookings and provide customer service. <br>
- Coordinate operational processes. <br>

- Analyze performance and contribute to development. <br> <br>
<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>
- Previous experience in customer service or booking administration (preferably in hospitality or real estate sectors). <br>
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). <br>
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs. <br>
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. <br>
- An organized personality with strong multitasking capabilities. <br> <br> <b>- Work Hours:</b> <br> 8 hours daily on shift system (morning – evening – night).
