About the Role
Oversee daily operations of security teams. Ensure compliance with protocols and coordinate shifts and incident responses.
Requirements
Key Duties:
- Supervise and train security guards
- Prepare shift schedules and duty rosters
- Handle escalations and emergencies
- Submit daily reports to management

- Professional appearance and respectful behavior
- Strong sense of responsibility and alertness
- Prior experience in security (preferred but not mandatory)
- Residing near Al-Shati District or able to commute easily
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle pressure
