Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
<br> - Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
<br> - Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments using hospital systems.
<br> - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service. <br>
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
<br> - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
<br> - Assist patients with registration and provide information about hospital services. <br>
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
<br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
<br> - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hospital management systems. <br>
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage. <br>
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
