Early Childhood Teacher

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards
• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being - Monitor and document children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child’s individual needs
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Integrate play-based learning and sensory activities into daily routines
• Participate in school events, professional development, and team meetings
• Uphold school values and contribute to a positive school culture

✅ Job Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience in early childhood settings (preferably with American or British curriculum)
• Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written); Arabic fluency is a plus
• Certification: Teaching license or equivalent (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE) preferred
• Skills:
  • Deep understanding of child development and learning styles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging, inclusive lesson plans
  • Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children
