✅ Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor operating supplies and equipment, effectively reducing damage and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and surrounding area at all times.
• Successfully carry out opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally, report complaints immediately to supervisors, and follow up.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system responsibly and undergo training as required.
• Fully comply with hotel rules and policies regarding fire safety, hygiene, health, and occupational safety.
• Collaborate effectively with the department team and attend meetings and training sessions approved by the hotel.
• Participate in scheduled inventory of products and equipment.
• Perform reasonable secondary duties assigned by the department head and respond to operational changes as directed by management.
• Maintain a positive attitude, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure to enhance guest experience.
