Technical Control for Buildings Projects (Site Inspections + reviews) <br> <br> <b>- Education Degree: </b>
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering <br> <br> <b>- Technical knowledge:</b>
Structural Engineering and Building Envelope <br> <br> Experience: 5 Years + <br> <br> <b>- Role & Responsibilities:</b> <br> • Perform assigned IDI site inspections as required. <br> • Prepare inspection reports within the same day of inspection. <br> • Coordinate with clients prior inspections and attend inspections on time. <br> • Review projects relevant documents and prepare IDI reports as required. <br> • Review all issued reports to familiarize with actual projects conditions prior to inspections. <br> • Review and correct site inspection reports as required. <br> • Perform any Task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits. <br> • Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times. <br> • Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics. <br> <br>
<b>- Technical Expertise: </b> <br>
• Knowledge in construction sites inspections. <br> • Conversant with codes and standards related to structures (soil and foundations, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, steel,...). <br> • Conversant with codes and standards related to buildings Envelope (i.e. Curtain Wall, Waterproofing, Façade stone cladding, etc…). <br> • Interpretation of results of inspections. <br> • Able to verify and decide about status of Non-conformities/corrective actions. <br> • Good report Writing skills. <br> • Fluent English and Arabic. <br> • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point). <br> • Knowledge of Engineering Software (Etabs, Safe, etc…). <br> <br> <b>- Business Requirements:</b> <br>
