Sales Coordination

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordination and Management Officer to join our team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient sales operations, customer satisfaction, and seamless coordination within the team. <br> <br>

<b>Key Responsibilities: </b> <br>

• Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing day-to-day sales operations. <br>
• Develop and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to track sales data and performance. <br>
• Coordinate and monitor invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers as needed. <br>
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows. <br>
• Utilize SAP software to manage sales records and operations (preferred but not mandatory). <br>
• Occasionally visit customers to follow up on invoices and foster strong professional relationships. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements: </b> <br>
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively across diverse audiences. <br>
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel. <br>
• Familiarity with SAP software is an added advantage. <br>
• A minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. <br>
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred. <br>
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
