About the Role
Manages HR data systems, supports reporting and analytics, and ensures compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and vacation balances
- Track Saudization metrics and annual appraisals
- Support logistics for crew changes and promotions
- Handle disciplinary actions and exit procedures
- Coordinate compensation evaluations and benefits awareness
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
