About the Role
Leads the development and implementation of HSE strategies across all company operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HSE policies and emergency response plans
- Monitor safety performance and conduct audits
- Analyze incident data and lead investigations
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Mentor HSE staff and lead safety training programs
- Represent the company in HSE committees and legal matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in HSE leadership roles
- Strong decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations and emergency protocols
