Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise ERP operations and system health
- Manage SuccessFactors projects and change requests
- Develop strategic roadmaps and budgets
- Train and mentor ERP team
- Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with vendors
- Travel offshore for support and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science
- 9+ years experience in ERP systems and project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cybersecurity and business integration
