Develops and maintains digital tools and business applications to support operational efficiency and automation.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance digital platforms
- Automate manual processes and create data interfaces
- Troubleshoot application issues and train users
- Document workflows and lead system implementations
- Collaborate with IT and security teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT
- Experience with Synergi Life, RimDrill, Novacura, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and offshore operations preferred
