About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance and resolving queries with empathy and professionalism.
π Shift: Night (6:00 PM β 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Assist patients with appointments, billing, and insurance queries
- Document interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
|| Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and patience in handling sensitive situations.

- Bachelorβs degree completed
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work night shift
