About the Role

🕒 Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact insurance providers to confirm coverage
- Document benefit details in system records
- Communicate eligibility information to patients and providers
- Support billing and credentialing teams

- Knowledge of insurance processes, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work night shift
