About the Role
Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance patient and client engagement.
🕒 Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Generate reports and analytics for management
- Train staff on CRM usage
- Ensure data integrity and compliance

- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), analytical mindset, and technical proficiency.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
