Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires excellent verbal communication, adaptability to rotational shifts, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve complaints efficiently

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication in English (Veti 5 level or above)
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure

🕒 Working Conditions

• Schedule: Rotational Day Shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Work Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: Rotational
• Leave Policy: No leaves permitted during the first 90 days

💰 Compensation

• Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
• Performance-based incentives may apply
