Order Booker

As an Order Booker, you will be the frontline representative of Gourmet’s sales force. Your role is to visit retail shops, collect product orders, and ensure timely delivery coordination. You’ll build strong relationships with store owners and ensure our products are visible, available, and well-merchandised across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets daily to collect orders and promote products
• Record orders accurately and share with warehouse/delivery teams
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
• Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report market insights
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or order booking
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Familiarity with Karachi’s retail landscape is a plus
