About the Role
As a Territory Sales Executive, you’ll manage and grow Gourmet’s presence in a defined geographic area. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and direct engagement with key accounts to drive sales performance and brand visibility.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans
- Supervise and support Order Bookers in the field
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with retailers
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and market standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in territory sales, preferably in FMCG
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to manage teams and meet aggressive targets
- Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
