About the Role

As a Territory Sales Executive, you’ll manage and grow Gourmet’s presence in a defined geographic area. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and direct engagement with key accounts to drive sales performance and brand visibility.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Supervise and support Order Bookers in the field
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with retailers
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and market standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in territory sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage teams and meet aggressive targets
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
