Senior Medical Officer

The Senior Medical Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care across various departments. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, supervising junior medical staff, and ensuring clinical excellence in line with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate treatment plans
• Make accurate diagnoses and manage diverse medical cases
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical officers
• Coordinate with nursing and paramedical teams for seamless patient care
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and ethical standards
• Participate in continuous medical education and hospital improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• MBBS with valid PMDC/PMC registration
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a reputable hospital
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases
