HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician ensures optimal functioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the hospital. This role is critical for maintaining patient comfort and supporting clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, air handlers, and ductwork
• Conduct routine servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure energy efficiency
• Respond promptly to HVAC emergencies in critical areas (ICUs, ORs, labs)
• Monitor system performance and maintain compliance with hospital safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams for coordinated maintenance

Requirements:

• DAE in HVACR Technology
• 3–5 years of experience in hospital or commercial HVAC systems
• Strong technical skills and understanding of hospital-grade equipment
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs
