Officer | Hotel Contracts

Responsible for accommodation sourcing (Hotels, Apartments, Chalets, etc.), negotiating, and contracting accommodation partners to enhance the company’s inventory portfolio with competitive rates and availability across the relevant region.

|| Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new accommodation partners to expand direct inventory.
• Negotiate competitive rates, allotments, and terms with direct properties.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
• Coordinate contract setup, mapping, and integration with internal systems and platforms.
• Monitor performance, availability, and rate parity of contracted hotels and KPI’s.
• Support seasonal campaigns and special promotions with internal departments.
• Collaborate with revenue, product, and operations teams to optimize commercial performance.

|| Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, or travel trade (OTA).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of hospitality and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contracting systems (e.g., extraNet, Channel Manager).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
