To operate the Packing equipment so as to ensure the efficient supply of product to the production lines and to carry out packing duties by liaising with other members of the team and other support departments as necessary to ensure efficient continuous running of these lines.

<b>Safety, Quality, Hygiene: </b> <br>

• Ensure safety aspects of self & others is always taken into account. when carrying out all duties. <br>

• GMP standards are maintained to highest level at all times. <br>

• Correct PPE is used when carrying out duties. <br>

• Follow all Safety, Health and Environmental procedures (ISO, SOP’s) that relate to this role. <br>

• Support a culture that enhances behavioral awareness to reduce accidents and near misses. <br> <br> <b>- Operations Management: </b> <br>

• Ensure that actions are taken to maximize line efficiency while running the equipment and during changeovers / wash downs. <br>

• Ensure that the relevant procedures are understood and followed. (ISO, SOP’s) <br>

• Undertake the training of others as required. <br>

• Manage workload and agree the priorities in alignment with Team Leader. <br>

• Always seek to improve any duties that require to be carried out to make the working environment a safer, cleaner and more cost effective. <br> <br> <b>- Communication:</b> <br>

• Work closely with all departments (ES, Quality, Technical, Manufacturing) to ensure that the efficiency of the production lines are maximized and that any issues are highlighted and resolved in a timely fashion. <br>

• Meet daily with the Team Leader to align on workload and priorities. <br>

• Ensure that change of Shift handover is carried out and is of good quality. <br>

• Report all H&S related incidents and follow the company policy. <br> <br> <b>- Skills & Requirements </b> <br>

• Educational level: High School <br>

• Specific diploma/education: none <br>

• Minimum experience: 2 years of relevant experience <br>

• Languages: Fluent in English or Arabic
