About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee maintenance, operations, and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate teams and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and execute maintenance, operations, and construction projects.
- Supervise project teams and contractors to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project supervision (maintenance, operations, construction).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
