Architect

The Architect will design, plan, and oversee engineering and construction projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with local regulations. The role involves creative design, technical expertise, and collaboration with engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and project plans aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Recommend innovative design solutions that balance aesthetics and practicality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and engineering principles.
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
