About the Role
The Secretary with IT expertise will provide administrative support while managing office systems and IT-related tasks. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and advanced knowledge of information technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
- Provide IT support including troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication between departments.
- Ensure smooth integration of IT systems into administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in secretarial/administrative roles with IT exposure.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and IT systems.
- Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and office software applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
