About the Role

The Secretary with IT expertise will provide administrative support while managing office systems and IT-related tasks. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and advanced knowledge of information technology.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Provide IT support including troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication between departments.
  • Ensure smooth integration of IT systems into administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in secretarial/administrative roles with IT exposure.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and IT systems.
  • Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and office software applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
