We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. - Participate in meetings to understand marketing objectives and ensure graphic design solutions align with strategic goals. <br> <b>- Promotional Materials Design:</b><br>- Create engaging slogans, brochures, publications, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. <br>
- Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all promotional materials. <br> <b>- Market Trends and Innovation:</b> <br>- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creativity and innovation. <br>
- Propose fresh ideas to elevate the company's visual presence and marketing impact. <br> <b>- Technical Proficiency:</b> <br>- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other tools to deliver high-quality visuals. <br>
- Ensure designs are optimized for various formats, including digital and print media. <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications and Skills:</b> <br>
- Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. <br>
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, or equivalent). <br>
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. <br>
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. <br>
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. <br>
- Ability to interpret feedback constructively and make design adjustments accordingly. <br>
