Requirements
|| Key Responsibilities
-| Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons aligned with institute curricula and level outcomes.
-| Assessment: Design and grade quizzes, assignments, and short evaluations; track learner progress.
-| Classroom management: Maintain an organized, respectful, and motivating classroom environment.
-| Learning support: Provide foundational remediation and targeted support for diverse learner needs.
-| Materials: Prepare lesson plans, slides, handouts, and practical exercises.
-| Reporting: Submit attendance, grades, and session summaries on schedule.
-| Professional conduct: Uphold institute standards, punctuality, and educational ethics.
-| Collaboration: Coordinate with academic supervisors to improve delivery and learner outcomes.
|| Candidate profile

Education: University degree with a minimum grade of “Very Good.”

Experience: Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred, especially in foundation-level Arabic, beginner computer skills, or English instruction.

Skills:
- Arabic (Foundation): Phonics, reading, writing basics, grammar fundamentals, formative assessment.
- Computer: Basic IT skills, MS Office, typing, internet literacy, introductory coding or digital tools (as applicable).
- English: Spoken interaction, vocabulary building, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing basics.

Communication: Clear, patient, and culturally sensitive teaching style.

Availability: Consistent attendance for the 4–9 PM window and readiness to meet weekly teaching targets.
