Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating the sales team. You will play a key role in implementing company policies, managing staff schedules, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and guiding sales staff.
• Monitor store performance and report to the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality or son/daughter of a Saudi citizen.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate education or higher.
• Fluent in English.
• Prior experience in retail or sports industry preferred.
