About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating the sales team. You will play a key role in implementing company policies, managing staff schedules, and driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and guiding sales staff.
- Monitor store performance and report to the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality or son/daughter of a Saudi citizen.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate education or higher.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior experience in retail or sports industry preferred.
