About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the DECATHLON Riyadh team, ensuring operational excellence, maximizing sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for strategic planning, staff management, and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage budgets, reports, and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality or son/daughter of a Saudi citizen.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate education or higher.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in sports.
