This role requires close coordination with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to optimize procurement processes while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
