Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor will oversee all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works (structural, finishing, concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry).
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, QC, HSE, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Manage material requests, deliveries, and usage.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and support inspections.
• Resolve site issues and escalate risks to management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil site supervision.
• Knowledge of Saudi standards and codes.
• Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Safety certifications preferred.
