Civil Foreman

The Civil Foreman will directly supervise crews on specific civil tasks, ensuring proper execution, productivity, and safety. This role is hands-on, requiring practical knowledge of construction methods and the ability to guide workers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and helpers.
• Execute works as per drawings and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain quality standards (line, level, plumb, curing, finishing).
• Record daily manpower, activities, and material usage.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety rules.
• Request and manage materials on-site.
• Prepare areas for inspections and assist in snag rectification.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work zones.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent certification.
• 4–6 years of experience as Civil Foreman.
• Ability to read basic civil drawings.
• Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship.
• Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong awareness of safety practices.
