About the Role

Responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, foster a positive work culture, and ensure talent development.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
  • Lead performance appraisal and career development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in industrial companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
