About the Role
Leads the company’s quality assurance and control programs, ensuring products and processes meet industry standards and customer expectations. The Quality Manager will implement continuous improvement initiatives and oversee compliance with ISO standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce quality management systems.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and industrial quality systems.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
