We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <b>Structural Steel Surveyor</b> to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the precision and integrity of our steel framework installations. Your hands-on expertise in structural steel surveying will be instrumental in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. <b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

<b>- Surveying & Layout:</b> <br> Conduct detailed surveys of the steel frameworks, including setting out structural elements according to project specifications and engineering drawings. <br>

• Utilize modern surveying equipment and advanced software to ensure accurate measurements and alignment. <br> <b>- Quality Assurance:</b> <br>
• Verify and validate the dimensions and positioning of steel structures to ensure compliance with design tolerances and regulatory standards. <br>
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to identify, document, and rectify any discrepancies during installation. <br> <b>- Documentation & Reporting:</b> <br>
• Prepare comprehensive survey reports, including field notes, data analysis, and photographic documentation, for submission to project management. <br>
• Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and reflects the progress and conditions of the project site. <br>

<b>- Project Coordination:</b> <br>

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to coordinate survey activities and integrate findings into the overall project plan. <br>
• Attend project meetings and provide technical insights regarding the steel structure installations. <br> <b>- Health, Safety & Compliance:</b> <br>
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices during field operations. <br>
• Ensure that all surveying activities comply with local regulations and industry standards. <br> <br>

<b>- Candidate Profile:</b> <br>

<b>- Experience & Expertise:</b> <br>

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in structural steel surveying, preferably on large-scale steel structure projects. <br>
• Proven track record of ensuring precise measurements and maintaining structural integrity during installations. <br> <b>- Educational Background:</b> <br>
• A degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. <br>
• Professional certifications in surveying or related disciplines are advantageous. <br>

<b>- Technical Proficiency: </b> <br>

• Advanced knowledge of surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar applications). <br>
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interpret complex engineering drawings and data. <br> <b>- Communication & Teamwork:</b> <br>
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to multidisciplinary teams. <br>
