Safety Supervisor

The Safety Supervisor will ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors by implementing and monitoring occupational health and safety programs. The role involves risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and compliance with Saudi safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce hospital safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Train staff on emergency response, fire safety, and hazard prevention.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and international standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
