The Head of Digital Marketing will lead eXtra’s digital media strategy, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across all paid and owned channels. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance marketing, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand growth and ROI.

|| Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute holistic digital media strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Display platforms.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals and flawless delivery.
  • Agency Oversight:
    • Manage media agencies to maintain quality control, brand consistency, and timely execution.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Partner with Brand, CRM, and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Platform Partnerships:
    • Cultivate relationships with digital platforms and external partners to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and media opportunities.

|| Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 7–10 years in digital media and performance marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Hands-on experience with GA4, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    • Strong ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Leadership:
    • Confident, innovative, and capable of engaging senior leadership.
