Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician – Utility Technician to join a reputable food manufacturing facility in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting utility systems critical to factory operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

|| Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility systems including HVAC, boilers, compressors, chillers, and water treatment units.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure utility systems meet operational requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards specific to food factory environments.
• Support installation and commissioning of new utility equipment as needed.

|| Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in utility maintenance within food factories.
• Diploma degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of food industry safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
