BM Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on company facilities, ensuring that all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural) are functioning efficiently. The role requires technical expertise in civil engineering and construction, with hands-on skills to troubleshoot and repair building issues.

• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Assist in renovation and construction projects as needed.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
