About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous <b>Data Entry Clerk</b> to join our dynamic supermarket operations team in <b>Jizan</b>. <br> The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, maintaining inventory and supplier records, and supporting the seamless flow of information within the organization.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities: </b> <br>
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain records for stock, sales, and vendor details. <br>
- Cross-check data from purchase orders, invoices, and system reports to ensure consistency and reliability. <br>
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for inventory and sales analysis. <br>
- Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to verify and ensure accurate stock movement data. <br>
- Identify discrepancies and promptly report inconsistencies to the supervisor. <br>
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive company information. <br>
- Support additional administrative tasks as required by the operations team. <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>
<b>- Education:</b>
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
<br>
<b>- Experience:</b>
Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector. <br>
<b>- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!</b> <br>
<br>
<b>- Technical Skills:</b> <br>
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and data entry tools. <br>
- Familiarity with ERP or POS systems is an added advantage.
<br> <b>- Soft Skills:</b> <br> - Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. <br>
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. <br>
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. <br>
- Basic proficiency in English, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
