Requirements
|| Training Coordinator
- Monitor training programs and coordinate with management and training authorities
- Communicate with clients and trainees to ensure training quality
- Plan, organize, and supervise training courses
- Prepare reports and conduct daily follow-up on training outcomes
- Apply quality standards and creativity in all training activities
|| Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training and coordination
- Strong communication skills with management, trainees, and clients
- Ability to plan creatively and effectively
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English
