Requirements

|| Training Coordinator

  • Monitor training programs and coordinate with management and training authorities
  • Communicate with clients and trainees to ensure training quality
  • Plan, organize, and supervise training courses
  • Prepare reports and conduct daily follow-up on training outcomes
  • Apply quality standards and creativity in all training activities

|| Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training and coordination
  • Strong communication skills with management, trainees, and clients
  • Ability to plan creatively and effectively
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English
