  • Greeting patients and providing a welcoming, supportive experience
  • Managing appointment scheduling and follow‑ups
  • Handling patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
  • Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Maintaining organized records and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Assisting in customer service tasks, including resolving concerns professionally

  • Preferably previous experience in administration or customer service (clinic experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and work ethic
  • Ability to work 6 days per week
