- Handling patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Maintaining organized records and ensuring accurate data entry
- Supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assisting in customer service tasks, including resolving concerns professionally

- Preferably previous experience in administration or customer service (clinic experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High level of commitment, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to work 6 days per week
